1. No Returns for Wrong Size Ordered

We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be tricky; however, we do not accept returns if the wrong size is ordered. We strongly encourage our customers to verify their size using the provided sizing charts before placing an order.

That being said, we are here to assist you! If you face any sizing issues, please reach out to our customer support team. While returns aren't guaranteed, we can discuss your concerns and work toward finding the best possible solution.

 

2. Mandatory Advance Payment

To confirm your order, we require 30% of the total order amount to be paid upfront. You have two payment options:

              Option 1: Pay 30% upfront, with the remaining balance payable via Cash on Delivery (COD).

              Option 2: Pay 100% upfront at the time of placing your order.

Orders will not be processed without the minimum 30% advance payment.

 

3. Authenticity Guarantee

At OzeeO, we only sell authentic shoes sourced from around the world. However, please note:

              We are not the official distributors of any brands listed on our website.

              All products are resold through our platform and undergo strict quality assurance checks to guarantee their authenticity.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please email our support team with the following:

              Order number

              Photos of the damaged/incorrect product

We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it promptly.

 

5. General Conditions for Returns (if applicable)

If a return or exchange is agreed upon after discussion with our team, the following conditions apply:

              Products must be in their original, unworn condition.

              Shoes must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

              Any return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
